Effective 18 October 2026. This page provides information for visitors to MuchCast and should be reviewed against the actual operating and consumer-law requirements.
Respect for intellectual property
MuchCast respects intellectual property rights. References to entertainment artwork, sports categories or third-party trademarks are used for identification or illustration and do not claim ownership, partnership or permission to distribute a programme.
The use of IPTV technology does not by itself establish lawful access to copyrighted broadcasts. Users should ensure the content they view is distributed with the appropriate permissions in their jurisdiction.
How to submit a copyright notice
If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, use the MuchCast contact page to request the correct rights-complaints contact channel. Provide your name and contact details, an identification of the protected work, the exact MuchCast URL and an explanation of your claim.
Where a legal notice is submitted under an applicable copyright framework, it should include any statements, signatures or declarations required by that law. A complete notice helps us identify the affected material without delays.
Review, removal and counter-notices
We may remove or restrict disputed website material while we assess a sufficiently detailed report and may seek additional information. If a counter-notice process applies, we will follow the applicable legal requirements.
This page is not a representation that MuchCast has registered a statutory DMCA agent or qualifies for any particular legal safe-harbour protection. Those steps depend on the business circumstances and applicable law.
